Welcome to AST Management’s website, the following Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and what you can expect whilst completing an online transaction.

Please take a few minutes to review the Terms and Conditions. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to accept the conditions of use and to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions, please do not make your transaction.

Cancellation and Amendments

The conference secretariat understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

All cancellations and refunds must be received in writing to the conference secretariat.

Please visit the relevant conference website to review the event refund policy relating to your registration.

Digital Delivery

After completing your registration transaction online, you will receive an email confirmation from SecurePay containing your order details (if you have provided a valid email address). A confirmation receipt of your registration, including your tax invoice will be emailed to you.

We will attempt to send your registration via email within 24 hours (during business hours Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST).

GST

Please note all prices include GST.

Payment Conditions

We accept payments by credit and debit card using - Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Credit Card payments are processed through the SecurePay gateway & Commonwealth Bank Merchant facilities.

We also protect the security of your credit card number during the transaction by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates.

Please note that AST Management reserves the right to ask for proof of identity on all Credit Card orders.
