Theme: Surfing Outside the Flags

Authors or organisations interested in presenting a seminar or workshop are invited to submit an abstract of no more than 250 words outlining the aims and contents of the presentation.

All proposals will be reviewed by the Conference Steering Committee. Presentations will be selected to provide a program that offers a comprehensive and diverse treatment of issues related to the conference theme.

Authors of accepted abstracts will be advised on 1st July 2008 of the acceptance of their paper. A provisional program will be available on the conference website by the 14th July 2008.

Authors must register for the conference or, where a paper is written by joint authors, at least one author is required to register.

Final papers must be submitted electronically or on CD.
