Registration Information
One registration form is to be completed
per person. Registration forms can be obtained from the below links.
We strongly encourage this process to be completed by the online
form.
Registration forms sent by
post
must be accompanied with full payment in order for your registration
to be processed/confirmed.
Faxed
registration forms are to include credit card details for full
payment. Registration can not be processed/confirmed without
payment.
Cheque payments
will only be accepted until 11 September 2009. After this date, all
registration requests must be submitted with credit card details.

participants including invited speakers,
delegates and presenters to register.
Payments:
Payment in full is required at the time
of registration.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Registration cancellations and
amendments must be sent in writing
either by mail, fax or email to AST
Management Pty Ltd.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged
for cancellations received prior to 1st
September 2009, 5:00pm.
No refunds will be given for
registration cancellations received
after this date. As an alternative to
cancellation your registration can be
transferred to another person at least 7
days prior for the cost of $20.00.
Insurance:
It is the responsibility of delegate's
to arrange their own travel insurance.
The conference does not endorse or have
any arrangements with any companies.

Disclaimer
The
conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics
and presenters where necessary. "The organisers shall not be liable
for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such
cancellation is due to Force Majeure.
The term
"Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control
of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities
(whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking,
military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or
unrest, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas,
explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the
insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all
reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the
intervention or occurrence of any such cause."
