Section 2 - Registration

There are 2 choices for Registration - Lifeline Staff Registrations Only OR all other General Registration.

Please ensure you select the correct Registration Type

 

Conference General Registration  fee is $750.00 Early Bird ($850 after 11th February) and includes:

- Two days of Lifeline Australia Conference (Wednesday and Thursday - all sessions)
- Welcome Reception
- Morning/afternoon teas and lunches
- Conference folder including name badge and Conference information

 

Lifeline Centre Staff Delegate fee is $499.00 (Early Bird) ($549 after 11th February)

(Includes Friday internal sessions)

 

Day only internal sessions are available only to Lifeline Staff.

Section 3- Hotel Booking Information

Please note: If sharing a room, split deposit payments for accommodation can not be accepted. 

Your hotel booking is not confirmed until you provide a credit card number. Please follow the links after you have submitted this form.

 

DO NOT book a room if you are sharing with another person with a room booking. 

Special discounted room rates are available for delegates and need to be booked through the Convention Secretariat.

Credit card details will be required as a deposit by the venue you book. These details will be held on file by the Conference Secretariat and passed on to the venue. Venues may or may not choose to process your credit card to the value of the first nights deposit. All hotel accounts need to be finalised on check out.

Please note:

 

You will be sent a tax invoice by email. Please ensure your system can receive email from AST management.  The email will contain payment method details.

 

Your registration will be processed in the next 8 business hours. You will receive confirmation via email.  If you do not receive any correspondence, contact the conference secretariat.

 

Cancellations and Amendments


Registration cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to AST Management Pty Ltd.  Registration cancellations received at least 31 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund less $125 administration fee.  Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and at least 15 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within 14 days of the conference.  As an alternative to cancellation your registration can be transferred to another person at least 15 days prior without receiving any extra cost penalty.  Transfers made 14 days prior and less will incur a $20.00 transfer fee.
