Conditions: Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.

 

Welcome Reception – Monday 2nd July 2012
The Welcome Reception will be held at the Cairns Convention Centre and is included in Full Registrations only. Additional tickets can be purchased from the registration page for $60.00 each.

 

Conference Dinner – Wednesday 4th July 2012
The Conference Dinner will be a spectacular event held at an exclusive surprise destination. Tickets are not included in the registration fee and can be purchased from the registration page for $100.00 each.

 

Early Bird Registration –  The regular Early Bird rate will apply until 20th April 2012. To be eligible for the Early Bird rate payment must be received by the 20th April 2012. After this date all outstanding registration will be transferred to the Standard rate.

Payments - Payment is required to confirm registration. Delegates with outstanding registration fees at the conference will be required to provide a credit card guarantee. If payment is not received 14 days after the event, the credit card will be charged. All delegates who register online will be sent a tax invoice within 8 working hours.

 

Refunds and Cancellations - Registration cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to Conference Secretariat. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received in writing prior to 5pm on 1st June 2012. After this date there will be no refunds made; however substitute delegates will be accepted. All amendments and delegate substitutions will incur an additional $20.00 administrative charge.

 

Insurance - It is the responsibility of delegates to arrange their own travel insurance. The conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies. The following links are provided for information only.
