Members of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) are eligible to register for the College membership rate by reciprocal arrangement between the ACMHN and APNA.

Day Rate (Standard and Early Bird)

Conference sessions for nominated day
Conference materials, including Book of Abstracts
Welcome Reception. Extra Tickets $75.00 each.
Does not include Conference Dinner. Tickets are $139.00 each.

Four Day Registration (includes Symposium)

Full Registration Includes: Attendance to all conference sessions, ticket to welcome reception, free pass to Mind to Care Art Exhibition (Attend anytime, repeat visits ok), Oration, access to exhibition area, conference satchel with complete conference program, morning and afternoon teas DAILY and lunches DAILY.

The welcome reception and oration are included in the full registration fee for members, non members, consumers and carers. It is not included in student or day delegate registration fees.

The Four Day registration package includes additional attendance at a discounted rate to the pre-conference workshops or symposium preceding day on Tuesday 29th September, as selected.

All delegates receive a free pass to the Mind to Care Art Exhibition.

Three Day Registration

The Three Day registration package covers the International Conference Program on Mental Health Nursing from Wednesday 30th September to Friday 2nd October (Day 2 through to Day 4).

Student/Consumer/Carer Registration

Student rates available only to (1) All Undergraduate Bachelor Nursing Programs; (2) Full-time/part-time students who are unsalaried or working less than 2 days FTE per week or equivalent.

Consumer and carer rates not available to salaried health care staff and College members, except where employed as a consumer or carer officer/consultant.

College Life Member and pensioners included under the same provisions, conditions and fees as Consumer and Carer.

Symposium

The Symposium registration package covers the International Conference Program on Mental Health Nursing from Tuesday 29th September to Wednesday 30th September (Day 1 through to Day 2)

The two day Symposium is included in the full four day registration however it can be purchased separately.

Welcome Function - Tuesday 29th September

The Welcome Function is included in all Full Registrations (Three Day & Four Day participants). The Welcome Function will be held from 6:00pm - 8:00pm in the Exhibitor Area.

Conference Dinner- Thursday 1st October

The Conference Dinner is not included in Registration. Tickets are available for Three Day and Four Day participants at $60.00 each. Tickets are available for accompanying dinner attendees at $139.00 each.

Pre- dinner drinks start at 7.00pm for dinner at 7.30pm.

Conditions

Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.

'Early Bird' Registration: 'Early' discount is available for registrations received prior to 15th July 2009.

Concession: Concession registration is available for students, pensioners, consumers, carers and unwaged persons.

Payments: Payment is required to confirm registration. Delegates with outstanding registration fees at the conference will be required to provide a credit card guarantee. If payment is not received 30 days after the event, the credit card will be charged. All delegates who register online registration will be sent a tax invoice.

Refunds and Cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received in writing prior to 5pm on 1st of September 2009. After this date there will be no refunds made, substitute delegates will be accepted.

Insurance: It is the responsibility of delegate's to arrange their own travel insurance. The conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies. The following links are provided for information only.
