Attention all Non Members

The price differential between member and non-member full registrations is the cost of an ACMHN membership for 12 months.

Welcome to the Conference! The Welcome Reception is an ideal opportunity to catch up with your interstate colleagues and exhibitors and to meet delegates who are attending the conference. The Oration and Investiture ceremony celebrates mental health nursing. It is a key professional and annual event for the College to welcome new members and fellows to share their celebration in belonging to Australia's peak professional mental health nursing organisation.

Followed by Drinks and nibbles. Dinner is your own choice.

'Early' discount is available for registrations received prior to Tuesday 30th  August 2011.

Full-time students, carers, consumers and retirees. If applicable please email a copy of your current student ID or Centrelink carer evidence to AST Management.

Payments
Payment is required to confirm registration.  All delegates who register online will be sent a tax invoice, payment will be due within 14 days of issued invoice.

Refunds and Cancellation

A full refund will be made to all cancellations in writing received 6 weeks prior to the Conference minus a $125 Cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 6 and 4 weeks prior to the Conference will receive 50% refund.  After this date there will be no refunds made, substitute delegates will be accepted at a Fee of $20.00.

Marriott Resort & Spa Accommodation Cancellations

The Marriott Resort & Spa will charge all delegates who cancel their accommodation from the 6th of September a fee equal to the amount of the first night’s accommodation which the delegate agrees to pay for.

It is the responsibility of delegate's to arrange their own travel insurance.  The conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies.  The following links are provided for information only.
