Registration Information

 

All prices are GST inclusive. The concession rate of $450 for the full course (3 days) is available to clinicians with major clinical education responsibilities for La Trobe University (Faculty of Health Sciences) students, Deakin University Dietetics students or Monash University Pharmacy or Radiography students.

Program 1 is fully booked, you can choose the "waitlist" option and we will contact you if a position becomes available.

If your organisation will be paying your registration please forward a copy of the Tax Invoice to the relevant person.  Once payment has been received, a receipt and confirmation will be emailed to you.
