AST can manage the full
Exhibition and Sponsor process. We
have experience with trade shows
from 10 to 1000 booths, and
regularly build marketing campaigns
for our clients aimed at increasing
sponsorship sales.
Services include:

exhibition sales packages

Handle all enquires and sales of
the trade booths

Manage all exhibition bookings
and arrangements with
contractors and participating
companies.

Prepare all printed collateral.

the exhibition including bump in

within the trade exhibition for

Invoice and receipt all
exhibition payments.

Manage all insurance issues.

Arrange direct mail or email
campaigns to prospective
sponsors or exhibitors.

Prepare, distribute and collate
exhibitor/sponsor survey forms
after the conference.

Reclaiming GST on Exhibition and
Delegate Expenses for International
Participants
We know that exhibitors are obliged
to pay Australian GST at 10% on
their exhibition and related
expenses, and that it can often be
difficult and time-consuming to
obtain a refund from the Australian
Taxation Office.
Other claimable expenses include;
conference fees, hotel,
entertainment, inter-company charges
as well as legal and consulting
fees.
Therefore, to assist our
international exhibitors to reclaim
the GST, we have entered into an
alliance with a dedicated GST
reclaim company (“GST Alliance”).
This means that we can now carry out
your GST reclaims with minimal input
on your part.
The GST reclaim service will be
provided free of charge, with a
percentage retained by GST Alliance
only on successfully refunded GST.
You can take advantage of this
service and reclaim the Australian
GST paid on your exhibition costs as
well as other expenses in Australia
(backdated to July 2000).
