AST was formed in 1992 to provide a service to Conference, Meeting and Event organisers. Over the years we have worked with a range of companies and organisations including Mercedes Benz, The Department of Integrated Mental Health, Royal Australian Planning Institute, Franchise Council Australia, Speech Pathology Aust, Qld Environmental Law Assoc, Institute of Australian Psychiatrists, CNN and News Ltd ... to name a few.

From creating on-line registration and information services for specific conferences, to building innovative programs... we provide a full secretariat and registration solution to conference and event organisers. Our comprehensive range of conference service packages are specifically designed to support you and your committee.

We provide experienced service in the Planning, Management, Registration and financial services, Design & Marketing of Conferences and Events. From Accommodation & Registration, Pre and Post tours, Themed Events or Trade Show Sponsorship & Management, we have a long list... designed to take the burden from your in house coordinators or committee.

The management Team have 30 years experience in the International Hotel and Meeting Industry, have served as Board Members of Convention Bureaus in Australia and were founding members of the Australian Incentive Association.

Managing Director, Peter Sugg currently serves on the Gold Coast Institute of Mental Health Board and sits on ten conference committees in three States. He is joint Managing Director of the Australian Conference & Events Bureau.
