PRE-EVENT PLANNING & SERVICES OVERVIEW


Are you about to plan a conference for your company? Would you like to host an association meeting.?

AST Management can provide the services that will help you control your costs, increase the satisfaction of your participants, impress your colleagues, and vastly simplify your role as host.


Our team is dedicated to developing and managing conferences, events & seminars. It's what we do… and all that we do.

We have a wide range of services available which you can use in total or individually, depending on your needs.


Marketing and promotion
First we'll develop a business plan to make your objectives happen.

  •  locate and create targeted mailing lists

  •  design and print all promotional materials

  •  handle advertising, press releases

  •  create and manage the Web site

Program planning and development
Our involvement can be at the earliest stages of your program's development. We work with you to develop and clarify the content, to identify the skills participants will take away, and to format and structure the program so that it flows smoothly and meets participants' needs.

 

We can also help you with breakout sessions, workshops, and video-conferences.


Whether you already have a complete program plan or are only beginning to think about it, we can help you design and deliver a professional event that meets your objectives.

 

 

Financial services
AST will develop and manage the financial planning:

  •  process fees from participants, sponsors, and exhibitors

  •  pay all accounts promptly

  •  produce detailed income and expense reports

  •  provide a final report to audit standard

  •  establish a set of accounts exclusively for your conference

Venue arrangements
We work with you to identify the best location for your conference, whether it's in Australia or an international location. Then we'll make the  arrangements for:

  •  meeting rooms

  •  AV and meeting

  •  accommodation/room blocks

  •  meals/social functions

  •  trade Show, Exhibition

  •  tours and partner programs

  •  off-site events

Speakers
We will manage all speakers' requirements:

  •  payments

  •  presentation requirements

  •  accommodation

  •  travel

  •  handouts

Participant registration and meeting materials
We'll handle all of the time-consuming registration requirements for your program, including: receiving registrations (by mail, phone, fax, or web) accepting payments (by check, credit card, purchase order, or TT) sending confirmation letters, invoices, and receipts producing name tags and schedules, preparing handouts and kits developing programs, abstracts, and proceedings.

Online registration
With our secure server we will

  •  publish your registration brochure online

  •  accept secure credit card payments

  •  process delegate registration and accommodation requirements

On-site services
Once your conference is underway, we  make sure that everything runs smoothly. We're experienced and professional, with an eye for detail.

News Updates

AST have been appointed to manage the joint Congress of the NZ and Australian Planning Institutes.  The Congress will see delegates from Commonwealth countries visit the Gold Coast in 2006


AST have been appointed to manage PAC06.  The Pharmaceutical Congress will be held at the Cairns Convention Centre.

 

 

We have worked with Associations and Companies in Australia and New Zealand since 1992 on their conferences and events from 50 to 1500 delegates.
